An exciting opportunity is available for a 0.5wte Band 7 Occupational Therapist to be part of a job share post in leading on the practice development and further development of the OT contribution to the Neurodevelopmental pathway across GGC linking in across both CAMHS and SCPT. The SCS Occupational Therapy Service delivers a service to the population of children and young people across 3 care groups community, CAMHS and acute.We require a forward-thinking OT with appropriate clinical experience to join our team. You will be a team player with previous experience working with children impacted by their neurodevelopmental profile and someone who is looking for the challenge of an Advanced Practice role. The post will span across the whole service in relation to neurodevelopmental practice however the expectation will be a small clinical caseload within care group will be held in either CAMHS or Community Paeds.You are required to be HCPC registered and experience of Paediatrics is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and enjoys being part of an enthusiastic team. You must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills when working with both children, young people and their carers as well as the wider staff and multi-agency team. .
