Job Description

Position:Administrator Hourly Rate:£12-£14 per hour (Depending on Experience)Location:GlasgowHours of working – Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (hours may vary)Brief Description of Role:As an Administrator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining an efficient work environment.Here’s what you’ll be doing:Duties of Role:

  • Clerical Support:Screening calls, emails management, and dealing with enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Visitor Management:meeting and greeting visitors and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Data Management:Maintain accurate records, update employee records, ensuring company database is up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Document Handling:Assist with filing, archiving, and organising office documents.
  • Spreadsheets and Presentations:Create and manage documents, spreadsheets.
  • Appointment Coordination:Diary management, booking meetings, and arrange company travel.
  • Customer Interaction:provide excellent customer service for all queries/enquiries.
Skills Needed:
  • Attention to Detail:Ensure accuracy in data management and document handling.
  • Communication:Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization:Ability to multitask and keep documents up to date and accurate
  • Computer Proficiency:proficient on all Microsoft packages (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
