The company, securing multiple contracts, seeks an organised, detail-oriented professional to contribute to their success. Thisopportunity offers career development and potential progression into a project-focused role.On a typical day you will support with all aspects of administration for company projects. This role will include interaction with engineers, suppliers, and staff. The successful candidate should be professional and presentable throughout their working day.* Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 (35 hours)Benefits:* Company pension* Private Healthcare after probation* Company Bonus Scheme* On-site parkingMain duties include:* General administration tasks like printing, filing, and photocopying. * Update plant and training registers accurately, contributing to strategic asset management and workforce competence* Process timesheets promptly, ensuring payroll accuracy and resource management efficiency* Consistently represent the company professionally, cultivating strong relationships with colleagues and clients* Liaise with clients, engineers, and colleagues for seamless task completionThe ideal candidate:* Is an experienced administrator* Has excellent communication skills * Is capable of organising and prioritising personal workload* Has excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packagesYou must be an experienced administrator and immediately available to be considered for this role.
