Job Description

In this hugely important role as an Administrator, you will provide effective administration support to the team, by completing all administrative tasks to ensure we deliver a quality administration service for colleagues, clients and creditors in line withthe required legislation and business/regulatory guidelines.Please note: This advert / role may close early if a suitable candidate is successfulWhat you will be doing:

  • Take minutes for relevant department meetings and distribute to attendees with clear actions and deadlines for completion, linking with all stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Process paperwork received from clients, checking their signed declaration form and other necessary forms have been received, along with proof for each of their debts, ensuring this is distributed to appropriate case managers within agreed timescales
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders by telephone, Teams and email.
  • Receive, action and log post and emails, responding to routine queries or referring the query to a debt advisor
  • Issue any documentation required to support the advice process including appointment confirmation, personal action plans, consent forms, requests for further information and chase letters etc
What we want from you:
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook is essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good verbal communication
  • Must be organised and driven in order to meet the fluctuating levels of demand
