Job Description

Are you interested in working in an exciting environment and developingin your administration careerResponsibilities:

  • Carry out paper light filing for all Fee Earners and Partners to ensure that matters are kept current with all required items scanned to the correct matter
  • Use PC to log new files and track/find files ensuring all records correspond with the physical location of files
  • Assist with uploading client identification using company databases where appropriate
  • Liaise with other members of the administration team and communicate effectively with staff at all levels
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including copy machine and computer
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone as and when required, email, and in-person, offering exceptional service and ensuring their questions are answered accurately and promptly

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn
  • Able to work well within a busy office environment
  • Have an interest and desire to develop a career in administration

Salary:£20,890 per annumWorking week:35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pmBenefits:
  • 31 days holiday plus 4 public holidays
  • Salary exchange pension scheme (4% employer contribution)

  • No weekends
