Job Description

Admin Support (Part time)Location: Glasgow (Hybrid working)Hours of work: 2pm to 6pm 4 days per weekSalary: £11,500 per annumExperience: Admin/HealthcareWhat the role will require you to do

  • Participate in the Advisory duty telephone rota, including for the Employment Law team
  • Document production - electronic and hard copy
  • Audio transcription
  • Maintain electronic filing systems ensuring all documents are uploaded in line with protocols and annotated accordingly
  • Other administrative tasks as required and in line with department protocols, including (but not limited to):
  • CRU1 forms
  • Creating ShareFile shared folders for new files and/or hearings/instructions to experts/counsel etc "
  • Preparing bundles both in hard copy and electronically
  • Photocopying and scanning
  • Dealing with external enquiries including fishing letters
  • Archiving
  • Processing letter requests
  • Working collaboratively with central and team administrative support including arranging consultations or meetings and Producing court documents in both jurisdictions and liaising with the courts as required
