  • A minimum of a 2:1 in an Accountancy degree or forecast at the same level.
  • Commitment, professionalism and good communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness - Scotlands key industry sectors and an appreciation of business dynamics.
  • Initiative, drive and ambition.
  • Good academic results - Honours degree / post-grad qualifications.
Not only do we train, nurture and support our new recruits to become qualified accountants; we shape, hone and develop your commercial and analytical skills.You’ll revel in the challenge of working at the frontline with a diverse range of Scottish businesses, charities, trusts and family firms and join a talented group of people where care, success and enjoyment are at the forefront of everything that we do.Our timeline for these placements is as follows:
  • October - Welcoming applications, the window closes at the end of November.
  • December - Shortlisting, CVs shortlisted and successful candidates invited forward to Hinterview where they will be asked to answer 5 short video questions.
  • February - Interviews, interview and assessment task carried out by an Audit and Accounts Manager/Director.
  • March - Offers - Offers made to trainees.
