Job Description

Meridian Business Support are recruiting for an Account Manager on a PERMANENT basis to join our team in Glasgow providing dedicated onsite volume recruitment support to one of our KEY clients based in Motherwell!This Account Manager role is permanent working Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm (although flexibility is required to work additional hours including weekends with time off in lieu offered). Salary on offer is £27-30,000 per annum plus Car Allowanceand Fantastic Benefits!As Account Manager you will report into the Branch Manager of our Glasgow office with the following responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of this key account and deliver client requirements
  • Drive excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide expert market understanding to match robust business solutions to client challenges
  • Source candidates, maintaining compliance & driving daily management of a temporary workforce
  • Manage process from application to placement and drive retention
  • Work as part of the team to succeed against company targets
  • Manage & complete all payroll activities for 100+ temporary workforce
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
  • At least 2 yearsRecruitment experience
  • Onsite volume recruitment experience as Account Manager, Account Coordinator or similar
  • Drive and confidence to communicate with clients & candidates
  • Experience ofResourcing for Key accounts
  • An understanding of warehouse/ logistics/ production roles
  • Adesire to drive a successful career
  • Must be agreat team playerwith a whatever it takesattitude
  • Driving License essential with your own car
