Job Description

Evolve is working with a global pharmaceutical organisation that specialises in the Dermatology marketplace.Our client is now seeking an enthusiastic and tenacious Account Manager to join their sales team in promoting an exciting Biodermatology product into Dermatologists, Nurses and Pharmacists in Hospitals across Scotland and Northern Ireland.Ideal Requirement

  • You will have strong sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • ABPI qualification is essential.
  • Experience and knowledge of Dermatology.
  • Experience of strategic hospital account management and planning.
  • KOL management experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key customers in top accounts.
Role Responsibilities
  • Delivering sales for a leading Dermatology product in a defined geography.
  • Responsible for creating and delivering the business plans. Achieved through excellent external, Health Care Professional relationships, and strong internal stakeholder engagement.
  • As an Account Manager you will have full responsibility and accountability for driving and managing product launches and core brand business on your territory.
  • Using an Account Management approach, you will target specific business accounts driving sales growth, through customer engagement, market access and advocacy development.
  • Liaise with key customers (Dermatologists, Nurses, Pharmacists) and stakeholders within Secondary Care as a priority, other stakeholders across the broader local healthcare economy seen as required.
  • Delivery of business and sales targets within a defined geographical territory.
  • Organisational planning, development, and sharp execution of high-quality account plans for priority accounts, including KPI monitoring at an account level. Account plans should be reviewed regularly and updated when necessary to deliver the business goalswithin the geographic territory.
  • Key account and expert mapping updated segmentation and prioritisation. Detailed and strong understanding of patient and treatment pathways and key stakeholders; highly skilled in using a customer relationship approach to capture valuable insights aroundtheir needs and expectations.
  • Maximising business opportunities and increasing prescribing through effective and compliant promotional activities to influential customers across the healthcare economy.
  • Developing innovative projects that benefit patients and bring value to stakeholders and to the business.
  • Continuously strive to gain market intelligence, acutely aware of the environmental challenges acutely aware of the environmental challenges.
