We have a current opportunity for a Accommodation Manager on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Glasgow.The role is a temporary role for a month to month period initially. The role will be for around 21 hours per week and the organisation is flexible as to when these are carried out and would generally be between the hours of 9-5 (occasionally having to worklater)You will be managing a homeless accommodation project where you will be line managing the 4 staff on site. As this is a temporary role the main focus of the role will be line management. You will also be involved in liaising with external agencies, somebuilding management/reporting of repairs etc and ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed correctly.To be considered for the role previous experience of management within homelessness and of managing a team.
