There is a requirement for a strong technically minded 2 nd line engineer to join the Service Delivery Team:

Provision, configure and Deploy 100 laptops across our onshore userbase
Manage, communicate and deploy 100 iPhone devices as part of the lifecycle refresh program
If the above actions are completed prior to the end of the contract then we would like to utilise the contractor to assist with 2 nd line incident management and potential project work that would be levelled at 2 nd line skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

Review list of users who are listed on the replacement list and schedule timeslots to perform device swap
Update asset register to reflect decommission and implementation activities
Ensure data is backed up and transferred to the new device
iPhoneCreate a project tracker for identifying users who will receive new devices. Communicate the schedule to end-users and perform iPhone configuration using Intune.
Face to face handover of the new device
Assist with 2 nd line incidents in the queue (only if the above tasks completed prior to project closure)

Candidate requirements:

Experience in working with imaging technology such as AutoPilot and MDT
Demonstrable experience in supporting Windows 10
Demonstrable experience in supporting and configuring mobile devices
Experience of working with Microsoft Intune
Demonstrable experience in supporting O365 applications such as Outlook, MS teams, Sharepoint
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask
