We are currently supporting a well established business to recruit a a talented and highly experienced Procurement Manager to join them on the next phase of their growth journey.Our client are market-leading engineering and manufacturing business who produce a range of products supplying globally into various sectors. Despite the back drop of a challenging economic climate, the business has experienced strong commercial performancein recent years that has allowed to continually invest into the business - investing in hiring new people across all levels, state of the art machinery and systems.This Procurement Manager role has been created to play a key strategic both in terms of rationalisation across the business and driving cost-saving initiatives, improving inventory management and ensuring this function is optimised, but also building betterand longer-term supplier relationships.
