Job Description

Join us on the Journey... We have an exciting opportunity for aKey Account Executive,based at Kings Ferry Gillingham,The purpose of the role is to deal with all sales enquiries and requests from repeat bookers and contracts that have regular requirements and needday to day support and focus to achieve consistent spend levels. Youwill carry out all sales through the salesforce system to allow us to review productivity, conversions and activity. You will review customer spend year on year and accounts will be forecastedwith expected spend.Youwill identify new business growth opportunities.What youll do...

  • Responsible for maintaining and developing existing customer relationships
  • Develop contact strategy and an account plan for each contract to enable on going sales and retention
  • Actively seek new opportunities within existing accounts to support client growth and client retention. Build and sustain relationships with clients, influencers and key stakeholders
  • Understand client requirements and develop account sales plans to grow revenues
  • Conduct regular catch ups with the customers key decision makers to understand their needs and link them to our service offerings
  • Collaborate with colleagues from across the business to deliver client solutions
  • Review client and company Management Information, using it to identify and recommend areas for performance improvement
  • Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
  • Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
