Job Description

Rate : to £280/day via an umbrella company onlyLocation : North KentDuration : 3 months rolling contractOur client is a local government organisation and looking for a Head of Resourcing.This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant.The Head of Resourcing will require :

  • Strong experience of recruiting within the NHS.
  • Good experience within the role of Head of Recruitment or Head of Resourcing.
  • Manage the delivery of the recruitment service through the Recruitment team leader, ensuring consistent service levels and value for money
  • Familiar with TRAC
  • Ensure compliance with the policy frameworks such as the NHS Employers checks, NHS Improvements and Home Office guidelines
  • Act as line manager to the Resourcing Team Leader and develop postholder and resourcing team.
  • Develop with support from the Communications, recruiting through social media.
  • Any other duties or actions commensurate with the wider role and grade
  • Champion equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring this is embedded and consistently delivered
