Customer Account Handler- bonus scheme to be introduced within next 6 months£23,000 to be increased after 6 monthsGillinghamMonday to Friday 8:30am-5pm - 1 hour lunchPermanent roleImmediate interviewsAre you looking for your next opportunity to be a part of a growing and dynamic organisation Netbox Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with our established client in Gillingham to recruit a Customer Account Handler who will be required to nurtureand maintain current accounts to ensure stakeholders continue to renew their contracts with our clients.This position as a Customer Account Holder is a rare opportunity to join an organisation who are undergoing an exciting growth period and you will be a vital part of that growth with maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients.My client is looking for a forward-thinking individual with a track record of relationship building with clients over the phone and occasionally via email. You will need a track record of delivering excellent customer service via the telephone and emailand can demonstrate an eagerness to learn their internal procedures.Do you have what it takes to be a part of their Customer account holders teamThe role of this Customer Account Holder includes:- Deliver excellent customer service via telephone and email to clients but choose to contact clients via telephone and not by email is vital to build and maintain relationships- Ensure you are maintaining attention to detail when adding notes to clients accounts- Sending out risk assessments to clients along with method assessments for clients to carry out works- Checking in with clients to ensure they are fully satisfied and if they are needing any support- Arrange call outs and book engineers to complete maintenance and servicing- Organise paperwork for engineers to ensure they are fully up to date with the issue for the client when delegated them for their maintenance slot- Produce purchase orders and chase overdue purchase orders by sending emails and following up with calls- Ensure clients are renewing their contracts by getting in touch briefly to discuss any changes- Solve any complaints which may come in within a timely mannerTo be a successful Customer Account Handler you will have:- Previous experience of delivering customer service over the phone and email- Great communication skills to liaise with clients- An adaptable personality to take on new responsibilities- Great IT skills- Previous experience dealing producing purchase orders- Ability to work under pressureAll applications are considered for this Customer Account Handler role.
