Job Description

Morgan Hunt are looking for a Cleaner to work in a NHS trust in the Gillingham area.Working as part of the Cleaning Team, assisting in all aspects of cleaning and house keeping with the provision of a high quality Hotel service for patients and staff.Responsibilities:

  • A Cleaner should ensure that all sanitary areas, i.e. bathrooms, toilets, sluices and showers are cleaned and sanitised.
  • A Cleaner should ensure all floor surfaces are kept clean.
  • A Cleaner should maintain and clean all equipment used in the carrying out of domestic duties.
  • A Cleaner should report faulty equipment to the designated supervisor.
  • A Cleaner should prepare and set up rooms for meetings/seminars and provide beverages and lunches, etc. as requested.
  • A Cleaner should assist in the maintenance of effective systems, and stock control.
  • A Cleaner should ensure ward stocks of linen are uplifted and replenished on a daily basis.
  • A Cleaner should ensure that all surfaces, fixtures and fittings within the designated work area apart from medical apparatus are kept clean and tidy on a daily basis.
    • Pay rate:
  • £8.72 - £9.72 per hour
    • Shift:
  • 06:00-14:00 Monday - Friday
  • 07:00-14:00 Saturday - Sunday
  • 14:00-22:00 Monday- Friday
  • 14:00-22:00 Saturday- Sunday
    • Desired:
