Giffnock Orthodontic Centre (GOC) is seeking a Specialist Orthodontist to join our fantastic team. The successful candidate will be treating both NHS and private patients. Our existing 3 full time Specialist Orthodontists will offer all the required mentoring and support to the new orthodontist (as & when needed).GOC is one of the first Specialist Orthodontic Practices in Scotland (established in July 1986). The practice is located 50 yards from Giffnock train station which is 4 stops from Glasgow Central station with frequent train connections between the 2 stations. Giffnock area offers beautiful countryside close to Glasgow city centre with good links to all major Scottish cities as well as London. In addition Giffnock area offers some of the best schools in Scotland.GOC is well equipped with the latest technology including iTero digital scanner. There is also an onsite laboratory for making study models & pressure formed retainers - provided on the same day as debond.GOC have a highly trained and experienced team. There are 8 full time Orthodontic Nurses supporting our Specialist Orthodontists with 4 very experienced treatment coordinators who will see new patients with you. All members of the nursing team hold radiography qualifications and take dental impressions, radiographs and digital scans. GOC team members strongly believe in high quality patient focused care and every team member is involved in the patient journey.GOC offers an excellent package & remuneration. Orthodontist commission is 50% for both NHS & Private patient fees. In addition the successful candidate will get 100% of all annual fees for CPD, Audit, NHS commitment, Seniority as well as Maternity/Paternity payments. Required skills
