Personal Care Assisstant is required to support an elder woman in her private home in Worksop. The location is in Worksop in the East midlands. Driving is preffered but not essntial as we do have drivers that will be able to drive carers to and from the shift. Starting salary ranges from £9.00-£10.00. Plus travel allowance If you are a driver . We are looking for a PA to work as part of a team to provide the best care for this client. She is bed bound for now. In later shifts you will assist the client with gettiing in and out of her wheelchair. She requires someone to prepare her meals, assist with medication, catheter care, pad changes, teeth cleansing, washing etc.Experience is preferred but not essential as you will be given a few days of shawdowing so youre able to know exactly what to do. The day shift is 4 hours and the night is 9 hours. if you are to join you will be added into a rota with 2 other carers. So youll have set days when you work nights and days. So we need carers who are open to do both night and day. Uniform is provided. The client has high input on the care package provided and can support and inform you of tasks that need to be carried out. You would join a deicated team of healthcare profesionals who do their best to meet the clients needs. This is an excellent opportunity to diversify your skills and experience in a complex and rewarding package.
