eCommerce Sales Growth ManagerI am urgently seeking an eCommerce Sales Growth Manager for a valued client who is working exclusively with Reed. This role is full time, based working from home but will involve travel to Germany a couple of times a month/London when it is safe to, so commutable distance of a train line and airport is essential. The company is an innovative and creative business working within the automotive industry with a team of driven and analytical individuals. This role requires someone who is confident in presenting information, energetic, agile, data driven and creative in their approach to sales strategies. Knowledge of marketing platforms, Ebay and Amazon is essential along with experience of working in collaboration internal and external marketing teams.Day to day responsibilities:• Lead a team of 2-3 direct reports• Proactively research online customer behaviour using Google Analytics, Power Bi to understand shopping trends, content engagement and opportunities for sales growth• Create sales growth strategy• Create onsite experiences to drive product discovery and conversion• Work alongside regional teams to create an omnichannel experience for all channels• Ensure a consistent, engaging and regional specific strategy• Analyse regional product information and create merchandising strategies to drive profitable sales growth• Client management including onsite visits, presenting analytical data, results and action plans to Senior Management teams in monthly meetingsMusts for this role:• eCommerce experience• Intermediate to advanced usage of Excel• Proven sustained success with sales growth• Ability to analysis data and present confidently• Data drivenDesirable knowledge:• Automotive sales experience• Power BiSalary £60k per annum negotiableIf you are looking to embed yourself into a growing thriving business, push the boundaries with technology and marketing whilst working in a market that is set to hit new levels with incredible potential over the next few years then do not delay and submit your application now.
