CELEBRATE LIFE & EXPRESS LOVEStore Manager DesignateErnest Jones - Covering Stores across the North West including Gateshead, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Sunderland and the surronding area.As Store Manager Designate here at Ernest Jones in the North West.youll be responsible for achieving the stores targets through promoting the sales culture instore, building and inspiring a strong customer-first team and by ensuring compliance with companypolicies and procedures. Youll be passionate about role modelling your selling skills, coaching and inspiring your team through great leadership and adopting proactive approach to sales management.As Store Manager Designate youll undertake a comprehension induction programme and will be required to cover a number of Stores across the North West whilst webring you up to speed! Once you have succesfully completed your induction youll then be assigneda permanet Store location within an agreed area.Some of our Designate new starters work across both facias covering both H.Samuel & Ernest Jones Stores.Youllbe responsible for consistent compliance with company instructions, policies and processes and will be responsible for control of costs, payroll, shrinkage and expenses for the store. • An excellent track record of successfully achieving KPIs.Experience of holdingaccountability for managing the commercial performance of astore.
• Experience of leading store teams.
• Experience of target-setting and interpreting business data.
• An ability to inspire, coach and develop your team to maximise potential and performance.
• Proven track record of role modelling and consistently delivering amazing customer experiences.
• Clear passion for our products and ability to put yourself in our customers shoes.
• A competitive spirit.
• Basic knowledge of legislative responsibilities e.g. recruitment, employment law, health and safety, trading standards.
