Job Description

Sign FitterDo you have experience fitting external signageHave you completed fitting of internal wall vinylAre you looking to work on large national projectsSearch are proud to be working with a market leading company on the recruitment of a permanent Sign Fitter to join their company based in Gateshead but will work nationally. Your primary responsibility will be to fit external signage and internal wall vinyl.This is a permanent, full time role.Responsibilities

  • To complete all installations throughout the UK.
  • Complete all sign fitting duties required by the company.
  • Working in a team of 2 with a fitters mate.
  • Applying graphics to a variety of substrates, including window graphics, digital wall coverings and vehicles
  • Carrying out fascia and post mounted sign installations
  • Interpreting briefs accurately with a strong understanding of signage and manufacturing techniques
  • Conducting surveys and completing paperwork to a high standard.
Competencies
  • All round solid sign fitter
  • Must hold CSCS & IPAF & PASMA
  • Experience of installing internal and external signs
  • Be able to manage small and big projects
  • Experience completing site visits and dealing with maintenance works
  • Enthusiastic, can do attitude
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work to deadlines.
