Central Employment is proud to be working with a long time partner as they seek to solidify their continued growth by taking on an experienced Account Manager to facilitate not only the expansion of current business, but seek new opportunities toprovide their highly regarded services and products. You will be working with a national leader in the MSP space, working with a dedicated team of Sales professionals, and reporting directly to the Director of Sales where passion and experience are valued.To be in line with the expectations of the sales team, you must be a trustworthy individual with a passion for sales and improving the quality of services and products provided to businesses across the North East. As part of their ongoing growth plans, theyare seeking someone with a strong background in product sales, a history of loyalty to their employer, and a strong understanding of both Maths and English.For this you will be well looked after in both career development and financial success. Working directly under the Sales Director, you will have access to one of the strongest business minds in the North East who is happy to expand your approach in waysyou might not have thought of. All success is rewarded, from a good base salary to work from, and amazing % based uncapped commissions on all sales you do. The Sales Director wants the Account Manager to be highly skilled, have incredible levels of professionalism, and earn the trust put in them by the company and their customersKey Experience:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the MPS industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Product sales is key.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly professional with a friendly, and diplomatic manner.
  • Believes in the value of providing outstanding customer service
  • Extremely motivated with good levels of influence and the ability to build a rapport and trusting relationships with others
  • Can prioritise whilst managing several different tasks at once.
  • Has a listening/consultative approach.
  • Naturally generates ideas The ability to generate ideas.
  • Can effectively work to targets/deadlines.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Self presentation consistently kept to a high standard to reflect the professionalism of the team and company.
  • Flexible to travel to client
