Job Description

Sarah Mckenna HR is pleased to be partnering with a market leading provider of Trusted Risk Management services across a range of industries. We are looking for an experienced recruiter that can approach a new challenge with more than one solution in mind.You will be proactive with the ability to think "outside of the box" whilst partnering with key stakeholders to ensure you attract and retain the best talent for the business.This is an integral role to the business and as part of the People team you will act as the face of the company to current employees, the outside world and prospective candidates ensuring a high level of service to each and every client. Relationship buildingis key as this will contribute to your own success within the role. You will become an expert in your field with the ability to offer insight into current market trends whilst designing niche attraction strategies, including direct sourcing and head hunting,to build your candidate portfolio.Responsibilities: Effectively manage end to end recruitment activities. Proactively source and head hunt for open and future vacancies. Recruitment marketing through social media and other channels. Promoting and managing any company referrals. Managing an internal ATS system. Assist in managing candidates for internal training programs. Building and managing relationships with various stakeholders. Management of the careers inbox. Identifying new sourcing strategies. Attending careers fairs. Liaising with agencies when needed. Reporting activity as and when required. Varied administrative duties.Skills and experience required: Experience of working in a recruitment environment. Experience of working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Demonstrable flexibility and adaptability in your work. Ability to prioritise your own workload and work to deadlines, ensuring consistent attention to detail, accuracy, and high-quality outputs. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact efficiently and build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Ability to identify and proactively resolve problems, using standard procedures and common sense. Confident in learning and using new software packages.DesirablePrevious experience in a headhunting/specialist role environmentThis role would suit someone with a strong background in internal recruitment/talent acquisition or an experienced agency recruiter with a desire to move into an internal position.
