  • Creating purchase orders
  • Processing all purchase invoices, coding up and resolving any invoice approval issues
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any resulting queries and discrepancies
  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • Prepare for weekly payment runs
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Dealing with supplier queries promptly and accurately
  • Managing the creditors ledger so it is up to date and as tidy as possible
  • Ordering company supplies
  • Preparing month end accrual
  • Support team members with workload during time of absence and peak periods
  • Experience using Sage 50 and an AAT qualification would be desirable but not essential
