As well as investing in their Gateshead manufacturing facilities they are focussed on developing their people where you willgain access to a best in class training programme allowing you to have limitless potential towards your career development.THE ROLEFully competent to stand in for Pack LeadEffectively liaising with Pack Lead to ensure product quality and schedule adherenceFully competent in set up, adjustment and running of the moulding lines and processing equipment including capper system, flavour injection, jam system, chocolate temperer, chocolate enrober, cooling tunnels to ensure product meets all specificationsFully competent to train and verify competency on all processing equipment systemsTrained and competent in performing GMP audits in any area and ensure completed on scheduleTrained and competent in performing Rick Assessment in own area and ensuring completed on scheduleEnsure all stock rotation, allergen control and traceability procedures are adhered to at all timesTrained and competent in building, setting up and operating wire cut machines and rotary mouldersDelivering full compliance and consistency against set KPIsEnsuring all process control documentation is completed in time and in full consistently delivering 100% of effective document controlTo lead relevant Continuous ImprovementsTHE PERSONYou would have experience of leading a team and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will demonstrate effective communication skills both verbal and written at a high standard. Working similar shift hours would be advantageous as you can demonstratecommitment to the role. Good relationship skills as you will work closely with your Shift Manager and lead an effective team.
