Job Description

With a rich historyof delivering cutting-edge solutions, they have established themselves as a market leader.As the Procurement Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization acquires goods, services, and materials efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and fostering strategic relationships.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to align procurement with product specifications.
  • Managing obsolescence issues to ensure supply security.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and conducting trend analysis.
  • Safeguarding continuity of supply through suitable agreements.
  • Creating NDAs for required suppliers.
  • Supporting RFQ processes and cost evaluations.
  • Maintaining balanced inventory and identifying cost reduction opportunities.
  • Managing supplier visits and prioritizing workplace safety.
  • Coordinating with operations for production planning.
  • Continuously improving procurement processes and exploring automation opportunities.
  • Managing HR functions for the procurement team, including performance reviews and skills development.
Experience / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management OR Engineering related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in an Electrical/Electronic or Robotic technical environment.
  • Proficiency in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost analysis.
  • Awareness of market conditions
  • Exceptional leadership abilities to guide and motivate your team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary Dependant on Person/Experience
