A PCB Design Engineer is sought by an established engineering company to support their R&D team.Working in a busy design and development team you will be responsible for providing PCB designs and manufacturing information and modifying existing designs in line with engineering change processes. You will also evaluate the processes involved with PCBdesign with an emphasis on value engineering and work with the design team to ensure the seamless integration of finished PCBs into the completed electronics design. You will also liaise with suppliers to ensure that PCB requirements are met and analyse thePCB process to see where cost savings can be achieved without compromising qualityThe ideal candidate will be HND or Degree qualified with 1-2 years PCB design preferable. Any experience of using software for PCB layout or schematic capture is an advantage.
