Job Description

Office Angels currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Coordinator, to join our client, who are based in Gateshead, on a permanent basis. You will be joining a team of dedicated and hardworking staff who are made to feel valued.If you have experience within Administration and Reception, and are excited at the thought of working for a company who offer progression... then this is the role you have been waiting for!This is a permanent career opportunity, however due to the urgency of this recruit, please only apply if you are available to start work immediately!Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM Salary depending on experience£18k - £20k The role & duties:Representing the company as the first point of contact front of house you will:

  • Based on reception - first point of contact face to face; meeting and greeting and signing in and out
  • First point of contact via telephone, taking and diverting calls
  • Monitoring the company e-mail inbox in an efficient and timely manner
  • Providing excellent customer and all round business support
  • All office administration and coordination duties, supporting the office and team
  • Maintaining filing systems; typing, copying, data input, filing, scanning
  • Typing letters and correspondence
  • Ordering all office stationary and supplies
  • Liaising with various departments
  • Processing and submitting completed paperwork
  • Inputting data into an internal system
  • Postal duties
  • Any other office based tasks
  • The requirements
  • Excellent Administration and Receptionist skills!
  • Professional, articulate and a team player!
  • A good level of spelling and grammar, with a working knowledge of Word
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • TEAM PLAYER - with the ability to work under you own initiative
  • Work ethic is KEY
  • Own transport would be beneficial due to the location of this client
