Job Description

Page Personnel are working with well established property service business based in Gateshead who are looking for a marketing coordinator on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a keen eye for detail.Client DetailsOur client is a well established property service business based in Gateshead. They are looking for a marketing coordinator to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand the team.DescriptionThe duties of the Marketing Coordinator will include:

  • Create forms of content such as graphics, video & interactive multi-media.
  • Creating marketing material and promotional campaigns for all areas of the business.
  • Create SEO/web optimised content for the company website.
  • Manage the social media strategy and channels to promote brand awareness
  • Reviewing web-based software for potential contracts that meet specified criteria.
  • Preparing, planning, and implementing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with other departments and source data for submissions and marketing purposes.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing material, including presentations and organisational charts
  • Arranging client visits for the Managing Director and other Senior Management personnel.
  • Contacting potential clients to request our addition to their tender list for projects that are of interest.
ProfileEssential skills for the marketing coordinator:
  • Knowledge of marketing across wide range of disciplines including digital and PR (press).
  • Social media and email marketing experience needed.
  • The ability to work under pressure and have confidence in their decision- making
  • Marketing automation systems eg. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo etc.
  • Using analytic tools e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, SessionCam etc. to extract meaningful information from data to create marketing insights and business intelligence.
  • Social media tools e.g. Hootsuite
  • SEO and the principles of search engine optimisation
  • Enterprise content management systems e.g. ContentStack, EPiServer, Sitecore, AEM etc.
  • Pro-active and effective stakeholder, customer and vendor engagement skills.
  • Comfortable communicating technical language with the given audience and able to express complex concepts in simple terms to reach broader audiences..
  • Problem solver and computational thinker with high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A Degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline is essential and 1 years- experience in a similar role
