Westray recruitment group are currently supporting a large Legal firm in Gateshead, by recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for a Legal Operations Manager. This is a newly created role due to the rapid growth of their firm.The Role:You will be responsible for the overseeing the success of the training academy, via the Conveyancing Academy Trainer, Technical Team, Team Leaders and Second hand property conveyancing teams. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeingand supporting the Training Academy Trainer to ensure the success of the Academy - long term, Management of staff within conveyancing teams, Operational management of file allocation, Operational management of performance overall, Maximise the performanceof the team, Team capacity, Manage day to day referrer relationships, complaint handling, Contribute to and manage the implementation of the Business Plan / Budget and forecasts, Schedule and coordinate department training as required, Contribute to businessdevelopment and marketing as required along with Daily management of allocation of work to offshore resources, all whilst ensuring all clients are offered the best levels of service.The Person:This team are growing in size and therefore they are looking for a candidate whom has exceptional knowledge and experience of the Conveyancing process. You must have a can-do and positive attitude, along with an analytical mind.
