Job Description

The L&D Lead will join a busy HR and Training department on a 12-month interim contract, and will be responsible for leading on the design and delivery of learner programmes, including e-learning, as well as managing and maintaining the LMS.Client DetailsMy client is a leading Manufacturing business.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of People and Training Manager to design and deliver learner programmes on the LMS
  • Own the Learning Management System, understanding core metrics and KPIs
  • Design learning programmes to deliver in-house and facilitate in an inclusive and engaging way, including all e-learning programmes
  • Monitor engagement for all learning interventions delivered
  • Review and improve the induction experience for all new starters
  • Collate information for eLearning content, workshops and training programme designs
  • Understand the LMS (Learning Management Systems) capabilities
  • Identify any skills gaps and communicate to delivery teams
  • Coordinate and manage e-learning video content
  • Embrace all learning technologies and trends
Profile
  • Experience in Learning Design
  • Excellent knowledge of learning technologies
  • Previous experience within L&D, Training or HR
  • Excellent knowledge of LMS systems
  • Experience of designing engaging development programmes and learning experiences
  • Excellent knowledge of learning facilitation, design, evaluation (including e-learning)
  • Experience working with senior management and leadership teams including influencing and leading conversations around L&D
  • Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
