Job Description

The CompanyHighly successful business with multiple sites in the North East and a national presence. Dynamic, ambitious business with a culture which actively encourages development and progression.The RoleSupporting all sites and working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware, software and communications.Day to day activities will include:

  • Leading technical support for staff at all levels across the business, ensuring all incidents and recorded accurately and resolved efficiently
  • Set up a range of equipment such as PCs, mobile devices, display equipment etc.
  • ICT project work
The Ideal CandidateYoull ideally have at least 1 years experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proactive approach and appetite for knowledge. Youll also be a confident cmmunicator with strong listening and problem solving skills.Applicants should have understanding of some or all of the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Office Suites / Microsoft 365
  • Virtualised Environments
  • Sharepoint
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Networking Principles
  • SQL Databases
  • Backup Methodologies, Strategies and Solutions
