THE ROLEI am delighted to be partnering with one of the regions leading Software Developers and Managed Service Providers in the search for a IT Service Desk Analyst.Salary:£19,000£25,000 (based on experience)Location:GatesheadFlexible working: Yes split 50% in the office and 50% from home.Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, MondayFriday 08:0018:00 (split over shifts).Holidays:25 days plus bank holidaysDAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIESBased on the 1st Line of the IT Service Desk, your role will be primarily responsible for dealing with inbound calls and emails relating to IT issues.
