Job Description

Are you looking to take the next step in your finance career with a fast-growing organisationA unique technology business in Gateshead is looking for an IT and Telecoms Billing Administrator to join their team.The ideal candidate will be organised, collaborative, and dedicated.Based in Team Valley, Gateshead with a salary of £22,000.This role is office based with a Monday - Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week, with working hours anytime between 8am - 6pm. Responsibilities:

  • Billing customers
  • Setting up call tariffs for Network and Mobiles
  • Completing customer billing queries with the Customer Service Department
  • Raising billing queries with suppliers
  • Collection of daily & monthly CDRs and complete full imports
  • Provide weekly/monthly revenue reports
  • Export file for Sage (or other accounts package) and DD processing system
About you:
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services
  • Experience in disputing invoices and working with customers to resolve complex service issues
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Excel and billing systems
