Job Description

A market leading £900 million UK distribution group is looking for a motivated Internal Salesperson to join their successful team and electrical wholesale trading location in Gateshead. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you can make an impact and build strong business relationships.Youll be joining a leading super distributor of electrical products belonging to a global group of companies who employ over 1,700 people throughout the UK. With a year-on-year growth, they are a long-established business with a fantastic reputation and are a key supplier to the UK electrical wholesale market.Role ResponsibilitiesAs an Internal Salesperson, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with electrical wholesale clients and suppliers
  • Making proactive calls and be able to spot opportunities to grow the business
  • Ensuring the achievement of set targets and objectives
  • Communicating effectively and working as a part of a motivated and friendly team within the business
  • Advising clients on the best solution available to meet their requirements
  • Playing a key role within the business with opportunity to gain experience in purchasing, logisitcs and customer service

  • A starting salary between £20,000 - £23,000
  • An uncapped profit share bonus, linked to your performance and that of your branch
