Job Description

We are seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead and drive our clients buying process for the assigned area, ensuring competitive pricing, right service and quality level with the best terms & conditions while adhering to company policies, rules, andprocedures. This role involves implementing global and developing regional category strategies, training users on procurement tools, policies, and procedures, and contributing to procurement goals. Day to Day of the Role:
  • Source and facilitate the acquisition of NPR goods and services.
  • Support the attainment of procurement goals related to savings, cost avoidance, supplier reduction, and more.
  • Maintain data for the NPR buying process, including vendor information, catalogues, and approval workflows.
  • Ensure commercial contracts comply with company policies, especially regarding legal requirements and contract management.
  • Perform spend analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and risk management.
  • Execute the S2C process, including supplier sourcing, competitive bidding, negotiating, and contract awarding.
  • Interact with stakeholders to understand challenges and business requirements.
  • Resolve operational issues related to P2P and escalate when necessary.
  • Create awareness and train users on procurement systems and tools.
  • Review and recommend improvements to NPR processes, demonstrating a continuous improvement mentality.
  • Lead or support local NPR projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional procurement accreditation is an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a country purchasing role with international understanding.
  • Ability to deliver sustainable business results and drive cultural change.
  • Proficient in spend categorization and analysis, stakeholder relationship management, competitive bidding, supplier segmentation, and contract management.
