Answering into the director of HR and Finance youll also play a key role in the People Committee, vital to this charitable music venues governance structure.Youll need to balance the strategic needs of the role, with a number of operational tasks. This role brings variety, but also autonomy among a supportive management team. Confidence to act as that senior lead is key to success in the role.Youll need the experience of working across all areas of a HR function. Able to switch between different priorities.You might be a HR advisor looking for a more senior role, or a HR BP looking to build their leadership.
