Our client, a well-established and successful organization is currently looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join its successful team .This role can either be Home based or Office based ( modern premises in Gateshead, easilyaccessible by public transport and by car). If home based, candidates should have their own PC/laptop and a good internet connection.The successful candidate should possess a professional work ethic, be passionate and want to offer their customers the highest level of customer services.To be considered for the role you must be fully fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).Duties:Handling inbound calls from customers and distributors from both English and German clientsAddressing customers enquiries via the telephone, internet and email in English and GermanProviding quality advice and information to customersResolving queries and keeping customers updates on the status of their enquiryMaintaining records and databasesTranslations English-German and proofreading of promotional websitesRequirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fully fluent German and EnglishIT literate with a sound knowledge of databasesTo be proactive and work on your own initiativeBe a good team player and committed to your workHours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday (Hours for training will be 9am-5pm).
