Job Description

Front End Developer Hybrid - GatesheadUp to 60kWant to work somewhere fun and exciting, where youre actually listened to and valuedWe are working with one of our clients within the health and fitness sector, who are looking for a Front End Developer to join their team!Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain their customer-facing site and CMS.
  • Build new features and/or systems and general production maintenance and bug-fixing.
  • Work closely with their designers, marketing team and other key stakeholders to translate ideas and design prototypes into fully functional products.
  • Communicate with back-end developers, product owners and designers to constantly improve customer experience within their website.
Essentials they are looking for
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in a similar role.
  • Experience in reactive JavaScript frameworks. They tend to use React.
  • Experience using state management libraries/frameworks, e.g. Vuex, Redux.
  • Understanding of SEO requirements.
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Experience with integrating 3rd party APIs.
  • Understanding of server-side/client-side rendering.
  • An aptitude and openness to learning new skills and technologies.
