Our aim is to deliver complete ceiling solutions with unsurpassed levels of value, quality and reliability, redefining expectations and reinventing environments, to make every one of our customers projects a success.As a recently carved out business, we now comprise two production plants in Team Valley, UK, one for mineral fibre tiles and one for grid, as well as sales teams in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal and the Baltic States. This business is well positioned inthese markets and highly profitable and will also benefit from significant investment in the coming 3-5 years in order to expand the production capability of both manufacturing sites.The RoleAs Facilities Manager, you will provide pro-active and responsive facilities management service to Zentias two manufacturing plants based in Gateshead. You will take responsibility for all building related facilities including site facilities, equipment &building infrastructure to ensure all buildings are safe and well maintained. You will review existing service contracts to ensure maximum value whilst planning and coordinating maintenance & improvement plants and maintaining legal compliance for plant equipment.About YouAs an experienced Facilities Manager, you will have previous experience gained in managing the facilities for manufacturing plants whether that be in a dedicated role on a manufacturing site or working for a consultancy supporting manufacturing sites. Withwell developed communication skills you will demonstrate the ability to influence and pro-actively develop an effective facilities management service to support changing sites undergoing extensive capital investment.This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and progressive manufacturing business who are passionate about their people in a dedicated facilities management role.
