  • Start Date: 23/01/2023
  • Salary: £19,500 per annum
  • Site: Work from home
  • Shifts: Full time, 37.5 hours working 5/7 days - Monday to Sunday 8:45am-17:15pm
  • Training Duration: 3 weeks, full attendance required
  • Contract: Permanent
Day to day responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
  • Handling inbound calls and emails you will play a key role in providing information and support to queries regarding products, which could entail queries, complaints, advice and general customer service, creating a unique customer experience.
  • You will positively engage with customers and through effective questioning and active listening handle these contacts in a sensitive and empathetic manner when necessary, and ensure that the customer is fully satisfied at all times.
  • Proactive in wanting to help people you will take ownership of each contact and be able to problem solve in order to resolve customer queries and complaints
  • With potential opportunities to support other lines of business including Chat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and website reviews you will have a high standard of written skills, an eye for detail and strong PC skills.
Skills needed to be a Customer Service RepresentativeWe are looking for the following skills and attributes:
  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail
  • Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment to a high standard.
  • PC skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease.
  • A good consistent typing speed
  • Take ownership of situations with positivity, resilience, and a dedicated approach to providing service excellence.
  • Able to work within a fast paced, engaging environment
