Job Description

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join their Corporate Administration team!The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of high-quality clerical and administration duties as part of the Corporate Administration team working flexibly across their sites. Also, there will be more scope fordevelopment, advising, supporting them.The main responsibilities will include, but arent limited to:

  • Maintain appropriate systems, processes, and procedures to meet the needs of staff, suppliers, and customers.
  • Complete clerical and administrative tasks in line with internal and external policies and procedures.
  • Produce a range of key delivery documents and materials to support learning using a variety of different applications e.g., Word, Excel, Power-point.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Deliver service reception duties on a rota basis, providing first point of contact on a range of queries.
Skills needed:
  • Ability to update and maintain computerised information systems.
  • Ability to deal with routine and non-routine enquiries as first point of contact.
  • Possess excellent communication, organisation, and administration skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work proactively and collaboratively, internally, and externally.
  • Ability to prepare documents using IT packages.
