Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global engineering company as a Customer Service Advisor. As part of the Customer Service team, you will ensure that the Sales companies, customers and distributors are provided with outstanding level of customerservice.The company offer excellent working environment, development opportunities and benefits.Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide effective customer support to operations on all customer service issues.
  • Ensuring customers receive professional and informative responses to enquiries and are delivered within agreed service levels
  • Responsible for generating customer experience related surveys.
  • Organise & prioritise requests and ensure that customer responses are returned in a timely manner for operations, logistics, pricing and technical enquiries that require support from the business
  • Maintain & coordinate updates to orders and to support new product introduction, quotations and order fulfilment
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience preferable within a manufacturing environment
  • Other European languages (French, German, Finnish, Dutch, Italian) would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as a part of a team as being a self-starter
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to build customer relationships over phone.
  • Fully computer literate with good data entry, word and spreadsheet skills.
