Our Gateshead based Customer Loyalty (Retention) Team is focused on delivering world class service whilst offering a range of card payment solutions and commercial offerings that will ultimately retain and grow our customers in this ever-changing world. Weare passionate about what we do - and you will be too! What you will be doing As a Customer Loyalty Advisor you are responsible for handling calls from existing Worldpay Customers who are looking to discuss their current pricing, products, terminate all or part of their business. You will look to add value by promoting the products andservice that Worldpay from Fis can provide and use commercial negotiation in order to retain and enable customer and business growth.

• Use creative negotiation, commercial and sales techniques to understand the customers requirements, in order to retain the business.
• Recommend solutions and use propositions to assist with Customers business growth.
• Retain and create new Worldpay terminal contracts.
• Educate customers regarding the benefits of Worldpay, our products and services.
• Handle complaints successfully in accordance with established FCA guidelines.
• Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases
• Achieve challenging sales targets

• Good understanding of Worldpay from FIS products and services
• Solid analytical skill to determine customer needs coupled with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to determine the right solution at the right time
