Job Description

Location: Home based (initially) & Gateshead officeLanguage - English (Portuguese, Spanish of French desirable but not essential)Working hours: NIGHTSHIFT Working 3 days on 3 days off 8pm-8am fixed rota*Please note, you will need to be available for a period of 2-3 weeks for training during core hours (9am- 5pm)Our client is a Customer Experience service provider offering clients in the Fintech industry a multi-lingual, omni channel solution. Based in the North East of England their Customer Experience teams are centric to the exceptional service they offerclients and users, offering clients a multi-lingual, omni channel solution.Established specifically by a Team of industry leaders and innovators with a track record of success, they now have an amazing opportunity for empathetic, customer-centric Team Managers to join their growing team.You will be responsible for leading a team of Advisors to provide an exemplary customer experience. Coaching and development of your team will be a key part of this role, to enhance their skills and striving to exceed expectations in every customer interaction.You will ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met, whilst working closely with your Head of Customer Experience to embed the client brand/culture, and regularly providing them with insight and analysis.Deliverables:

  • Deliver a world class customer experience to clients and their end users
  • Ensure the service delivered is aligned with agreed SLAs
  • Through regular end user and client feedback make ongoing improvements and changes to processes
Experience:
  • Experience in leading a team is essential, ideally gained within a Contact Centre environment
  • Well versed in MI analysis and managing performance metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service, especially telephone manner
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve disputes
  • Some technical knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage own & teams workload without supervision
