Tutor/Assessor- General Construction/Multi-TradeWe are currently recruiting for a highly professional and experienced Training Provider. This client has recently been rated as GOOD by Ofsted.As a qualified and experienced Construction Tutor, you will be delivering a wide range of programs to unemployed adults which include:" Multi Craft Construction" Concreting, Block Paving, Bricklaying, Blockwork, Laying Domestic DrainageAs a qualified and experienced Construction Assessor/Tutor can expect:" Competitive Salary of up to £30000, rising up to £35000 after 6 months probation period" Pension Scheme, Phone, Laptop" Birthday off each year" Excellent Continuous Professional developmentThis is a center-based position where the duties of the Construction Tutor will include:" Supporting unemployed learners who are undertaking General Construction Programmes up to level 2" Design lesson plans, schemes of work, and training resources to meet the needs of learners." Formulate and maintain individual learning plans" Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment as required by the Company. This will include vocational/technical skills training, work preparation/employability skills training, and English and maths training" Provide information and guidance" Working to specific quality and completion of targets" Helping with the enrolment of learners" Organise and maintain documentation on learners progress.Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required for the Trainer in Construction" Assessor qualified, A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33" Recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTTLS or equivalent is desirable" NVQ Level 3 in General Construction or equivalent" Vocational competence within General ConstructionThis position is available immediately.
