Job DescriptionWHAT COMPANY YOU WILL BE WORKING FORWestray Recruitment Consultants is seeking a time served CNC Programmer to join their CNC cell. The role involves setting up, programming and running jobs directly on to the vertical milling machine centre. You will produce a range of mould and tool components.This is a permanent job from day one and the role is based in the Gateshead area.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLEProgramming, setting and operating cnc milling machines using Mazatrol control systemsWorking on 3 axis machinesChanging tools and tipsProducing one offs and large batch runsQuality checking workWHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITIONMust have experience programming Mazak milling machines using mazatrol controlsPrevious inspection experienceThe ability to use precision measuring equipmentTime served machinist (Milling)WHAT ARE THE FINER DETAILS OF YOUR ROLEThis is a permanent job from day one.You will work 4 weeks of days (8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday) and rotate 2 weeks of nights (8pm-6am Monday to Thursday)WHAT SALARY PACKAGE YOU WILL BE RECEIVINGRate is £13.52 per hour depending on experience.
