Delivering a broad range of recruitment solutions to a range of sectors, due to a periodof continued growth, we are looking for highly driven and motivated individuals to join our Business Support team in Gateshead.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOINGRecruitment is a fantastic job and particularly within the business support sector. It requires you to work at pace and allows you to broaden your business knowledge, by exposing you to a variety of interesting businesses from a range of market sectors.The kind of roles youll be working on include HR, finance, sales, procurement, administrationessentially, all business support roles!The primary tasks involved in the role include:-
  • Attending regular client meetings with new and existing customers
  • Maintaining existing client relationships, delivering first class customer service at all times
  • Registering and interviewing candidates for specific roles
  • Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates for vacancies, submitting CVs and arranging interviews with clients
  • Reacting at short notice to client requirements, ensuring excellent customer service and speed of response
  • New business development, including generating your own leads and pipleline
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE AND, WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A GREAT RECRUITERFirstly, the will to deliver exceptional customer service to both our candidates and clients is paramount. The ability to listen is also key, as you need to also be able to understand the needs and requirements of both, and translate them into deliverable solutions;its not as easy as people think! An entrepreneurial spirit is a must as our team is encouraged to drive the division forward using creative thinking, tenacity and business acumen. You will also need your own transport, as you will be required to visit clients,candidates and attend networking events.
  • Previous sales experience would be great, however, training will be provided
  • Ambition, motivation, focus and the desire to be successful
  • The ability to liaise with people at all levels, from job seekers to high level clients
  • The ability to prioritise, multi-task and work on your own initiative
