With your direction our team will empower customers to live life to the full and enjoy their working environment.Youll learn the ropes at Watergate and will be supported by the local leadership team (our Registered Manager and Operations Manager). With their support youll get the chance to complete your Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Health & Social Care. Youll helpus make Watergate a local community hub will which benefit the local community by reducing social isolation. Once established, youll have the opportunity to spend time in Home Groups other local CQC services to continue to develop your skills and further experience.You
