Job Description

Aftersales Support Administrator5 days per week, will look at 4 daysTeam Valley, GatesheadStart date: July/August 2022Our client are looking to appoint an Aftersales Support Administrator to join their expanding team. this is working within a well respected company in Team Valley supporting the Education sector.Your Responsibilities

  • Develop the credibility of the Partner Plus offer and promote interactions with teachers and senior leaders in schools that leads to schools using the programme to its potential with all children.
  • Contribute to Reading Pluss social media (Facebook, Twitter and Lindekin) to engage with the education community.
  • Be proactive in monitoring the performance of students on Reading Plus, and offer solutions for maximising gains.
  • Create reports for senior leaders that demonstrate the impact of Reading Plus on students.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the companys products, the competition in the industry and our position in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with the sales, renewals and marketing teams to ensure that company targets are met.
Your Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other statistical analysis software.
  • A creative mind and an openness to learning.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong teamworking qualities.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Experience within education or a relevant business sector would be advantageous.
Remuneration packageStarting salary is £23,000 PA rising to £24,000 upon completion of probation. An additional discretionary bonus for staff who have been with us for over 12 months.Whilst the role is office-based, we offer hybrid working options and a laptop and mobile phone are provided for times when you may need to work from home.Holiday entitlement is 28 days per year (including Bank Holidays), with an extra day for each year of service for up to 5 years (pro-rata).Normal working hours are 8.15-4.30pm with a 45-minute lunch break, however this is negotiable for the right candidate. The company offers the option to a workplace pension scheme through Nest Pensions.
